These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of HariPoshak (https://hariposhak.com) and any purchase of products or custom services from HARI POSHAK. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
HariPoshak sells handcrafted poshaks and related accessories for Laddu Gopal, Radha Rani, Mata Rani, and similar idol adornment, along with made-to-order custom stitching where offered.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or placing an order with consent of a parent/guardian) and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate.
3. Products and pricing
Product images are illustrative. Colour and finish may vary slightly because items are handmade. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on each product page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price charged for that order.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order due to stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or serviceability. Order confirmation (on-screen and/or WhatsApp) indicates acceptance. Please review size, colour, and quantity carefully before paying.
5. Payments
We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, and other methods enabled on Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where offered. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; card/UPI details are not stored on our servers. For COD, payment is collected at delivery as communicated at checkout.
6. Custom orders
Custom / made-to-order requests are subject to separate confirmation of fabric, size, design, timeline, and price on WhatsApp or email. Custom pieces may have limited cancellation or return rights once stitching has begun — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delays due to courier partners, festivals, weather, or incorrect address details are outside our sole control; we will help resolve them in good faith.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, product photography, and brand marks belong to HARI POSHAK or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HARI POSHAK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered address shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
