Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted, except in the following cases:
You received a wrong product
You received a damaged or defective product
The product is significantly different from what was ordered
No returns are accepted for:
Change of mind
Size issues (please refer to Size Guide before ordering)
Custom or made-to-order products
Products damaged after delivery
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in case of:
Wrong item sent
Manufacturing defect
Damage during transit
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products made as per custom size, color, or design request:
❌ Not eligible for return
❌ Not eligible for exchange
❌ Not eligible for refund
Please ensure all measurements and requirements are correct before placing a custom order.

Product Condition Requirements
For an exchange to be approved:
Product must be unused
Product must be in original packaging
All tags, accessories, and inserts must be intact
Products failing these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only if exchange is not possible
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are made to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Return Shipping
In approved cases, return shipping instructions will be shared
Customers may be required to ship the product back securely
Hariposhak is not responsible for damage during return transit
